Policies

A student withdrawn after the start of any program (After School Sewing Club, Spring Break Camp, Winter Break Camp, or Summer Camp) will not be issued a refund. Buddha Babe may cancel a single-session workshop or program at any time. In the event Buddha Babe cancels a camp week or program, families will be offered a new date to attend or a refund/credit. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your enrollment you are entitled to a full or partial credit/refund based on the schedule below. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund. 

​$75 service fee 28 or more days prior to program start date.

$150 service fee 28 - 14 days prior to program start date.

No refund when cancelled less than two weeks from start date.

 

Birthday Party Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your child's birthday party you are entitled to a full or partial credit/refund based on the schedule below. We will make very effort to reschedule your event in the case of illness.​

​$50 service fee 28 or more days prior to party date.

$100 service fee 28 - 14 days prior to party date.

No refund when cancelled less than two weeks from party date.

Buddha Babe reserves the right to change these policies on an individual basis.
